TRX to achieve any fitness or

adapt the resistance by adjusting your
body position to create a safe and

Your center of gravity is located just
above your hips along the midline of
the body. Adjusting your body
position will shift your center of
gravity, which is exactly the design of
the TRX. With each exercise on the
TRX your entire core is engaged to
stabalize and balance the body.
