Training
Are you just starting out or looking to begin exercising?
A Unique Physique trainer will set you up with a complete
personal training program that is easy to follow, efficient and
effective.
Once you take the initiative to put your time and effort into
becoming healthy or maintaining a healthy lifestyle you will begin
working with your Unique Physique personal trainer.
Training sessions are typically 30 min, 45 min or 1 hour long, and
will depend on your current fitness levels and goals, which can be
discussed upon your initial assessment. Each aspect of your
training session will be based on your own personal fitness levels as
well as the type of training decided upon such as In-home/In-office,
Community Fitness Complex or Club training.
Training sessions will depend upon which exercises are suited to
your current fitness levels to get your body the results you are
looking for. Your training may incorporate weight training with
machines and free weights, cables, swiss balls, bands, and other
equipment and training techniques that are available and selected to
benefit you. Another piece of equipment that may be used
regardless of your fitness level is the TRX Suspension Trainer.
The TRX is not just applicable to the performance athletes but for
everyone who seeks a method to safely and rapidly improve their
fitness. To wrap things up we will have a light cool down to help
reduce any muscle soreness you may develop post exercise. Note
that you should never feel extremely sore the day of or following
your training session but a little soreness here and there is to be
expected.
